1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Adulting.Ph ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Adulting.Ph provides step-by-step guides and tools for navigating government processes, personal finance, and other life tasks in the Philippines. The Service includes free guide content, life-stage bundles, progress tracking, reminders, Chat Support, a PDF Form Filler for 23+ Philippine government forms, and interactive planning tools. Published guide content is free to read. Chat Support, PDF Form Filler access, reminders, bundles, and selected tools may require paid premium access.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• We may send important service-related notices by email or in-app notification. Non-essential updates and marketing emails can be opted out of anytime.
• Published guide content is free to read. Some progress, personalization, and premium helper features may require an account.

4. Purchases & Payments

Adulting.Ph uses a freemium model. Published guide content is free to read. Paid products add premium help such as bundles, Chat Support, PDF form filling, reminders, and selected tools. Unless clearly stated otherwise, paid products are one-time purchases with no recurring charges.

• Guide content: Published guides are free to read. No individual guide purchase is required for normal reading.
• Life-stage bundles: Curated premium packs priced from P199 to P399 depending on the bundle. Bundles may include Chat Support, applicable PDF Form Fillers, and focused workflows.
• Premium tools: Chat Support, PDF form filling, reminders, and selected interactive tools may be sold separately or included in premium bundles.
• All purchases are processed through our payment provider. We support card payments and QR code payments. We do not store credit card, debit card, or e-wallet credentials.
• Purchases are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase if you believe there was an error.
• If you purchased a premium product, access is tied to your account and is not transferable.

5. Premium Helper Features

Chat Support is an optional premium helper scoped to the guide you are currently viewing or the premium product you own. It is not a general-purpose assistant. It may occasionally produce inaccurate responses. Always verify critical information with the relevant government agency.

The PDF Form Filler uses AI to help pre-fill select Philippine government forms (covering 23+ forms including SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, Pag-IBIG, PSA, LTO, and others) based on information you provide. It is a premium helper that may be sold separately or included with applicable bundles. Pre-filled forms are for convenience only and are not official submissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all form data before use.

Interactive planning tools generate personalized outputs based on your inputs. These tools are informational only. Results are estimates and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute guide content without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use Chat Support to generate content unrelated to the guide in view.

7. Content & Disclaimer

Adulting.Ph is an informational resource, not an official government service. While we strive for accuracy, guide content may not always reflect the latest government policies, fees, or procedures. Always verify information with the relevant government agency before taking action.

We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from reliance on our guide content, including but not limited to missed deadlines, incorrect filings, or financial losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Adulting.Ph, including guide text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by Symph, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Symph, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Purchased premium products are non-transferable and will be lost upon account deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
